drawings and Takeoff completion date that will be used to provide you a quotation.

1. ProSource will review the provided information and will send a free price quotation,

usually within 24 hours.

2. Carefully review your Quotation and terms, and if you choose to proceed with ProSource,

simply accept the price quotation and ProSource will send a Payment Request. ProSource

accepts credit card or debit card payments, but please note that no work will begin until the

quotation is accepted and payment is confirmed.

3. Refund Policy - If you are not happy with the results of your order, please contact us

as we do offer unlimited revisions and will work with you on a resolution of your

concern. We do not offer refunds after work has started. We pride ourselves in

detailed, accurate Takeoff work, but if by human error there was a mistake on your order

we will correct and revise it. We always respond to any concerns.

4. In accepting your Estimate and/or paying for your order, you also acknowledge, to review

all Takeoff & Estimate results completed by us prior to using the information or bidding on

5. Please note any payment received after 2 pm EST will be started the next day. Please note

that if your order delivery date falls on a Saturday or Sunday then your order will be

delivered on the following Monday.

6. ProSource will begin the Takeoff process and will deliver an accurate, detailed Takeoff for

each requested trade and scope in the time frame agreed upon in the quotation.

offers zip code-based pricing for location-specific material & labor cost using RSMeans price data,

which is the standard for commercial & residential projects. Be sure to use the Contact Us form

and request more information about our Cost Estimation service.

ProSource will review all the provided specifications, plans, drawings and Takeoff completion date

information and will provide a completion date for each project. Our completion date is based on

the scope of work and complexity of the project, and ProSource will work to meet your requested

due date as our top priority, However, the complexity of the project will determine how soon we

can deliver, and ProSource will keep you updated regularly on each of your projects.

Expedited Takeoffs are available for an additional cost based on the scope of work and complexity

of the project. Be sure to request more information about our Expedited Takeoff services and

availability.

ProSource can offer a One Time Offer for new clients who currently do not need a full Takeoff

and would like an example of our work. This One Time Offer is based on 1 Hour of Free Takeoff

work. Use the Request A Quote form and upload any specifications, plans, and drawings and

ProSource will provide a free 1 Hour Takeoff for you to review. Please note that this offer is NOT

a full Takeoff and it should not be used as one.
